Chris leads a team of IT professionals dedicated to serving our independent broker-dealer and registered investment advisor (RIA) firms.
IAG Technology Support provides technology advice & planning, incident & problem management, and escalated end-user support across the brokerage platform. Additionally, the team provides escalated support for network connectivity, file delivery, and access management functions.
Chris joined predecessor firm A.G. Edwards & Sons in 2001 and has held several technology leadership roles throughout his career. In his previous role, Chris was responsible for leading the technology delivery and support for Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. Earlier in his career, he served in Wells Fargo Information Technology where he led application and help desk support teams responsible for advisor platform stability and end-user support for all brokerage applications.
Chris resides in Carlyle, IL with his wife Brooke and three children, Jax, Alex, and Cruz. During his spare time, Chris coaches his daughter’s Junior High basketball team and his son’s club basketball team. When he is not coaching or attending his children’s sporting events, he spends most of his time outdoors fishing, hunting, and boating.
