Susan leads First Clearing’s market growth and development efforts which include branding, digital and content marketing, thought leadership messaging and strategic communications.
Susan leads a team of seasoned marketing and communication professionals focused on strengthening the First Clearing brand in the marketplace and helping to grow our business.
Susan has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. With a unique background in business development, practice management, marketing and corporate communications, her career has centered on how to drive achievement of market outcomes both for the business at large, as well as for individual financial professionals. Previously, Susan led efforts at Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) supporting the practice management needs of high performing teams and later serving as an executive coach for WFA field leaders.
Prior to joining WFA, Susan held a number of roles including Director of Marketing and Practice Management Specialist with a large national Registered Investment Advisory firm and turnkey provider.
Susan earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Truman State University and holds the PCC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.
