Discover Training that Landed a Magazine Cover Story
At First Clearing, we believe the historic approach to firm growth isn’t enough in today’s environment. Instead of focusing on recruiting established professionals with sizable books of business, financial firms can experience meaningful growth by engaging up-and-coming FAs. With the average age of advisors at 53* and the pool of established professionals shrinking, now is the time to train and prepare the next generation of financial leaders.
To support our correspondent firms with relevant solutions for today’s economic environment, we now offer exclusive access to Wells Fargo Advisors’ New Advisor Training Program. This innovative tool for supplementing your hiring efforts or renewing your existing talent uses a high-touch approach to help trainees improve their financial and relationship competency. The results are so meaningful that On Wallstreet magazine profiled the program as their February 2011 cover story.
