We begin with business planning at the firm level to understand your values, growth strategy, challenges and top-level initiatives. Working in partnership with your management team, we will focus on growth strategies and initiatives, and develop a detailed schedule for your Growth Accelerator program participants.
First Clearing’s practice management program is designed to help advisors enhance their business success through a combination of people, processes and enabling tools. A dedicated growth consultant acts as the lead supporter for best practice ideas and implementation, and helps maintain accountability for achieving agreed upon goals. The curriculum provides a logical framework for best practices development and implementation, as well as quality checks to review progress toward goals. Integrated tools and technology enable building and maintaining a growth plan as well as the ability to fully leverage the First Clearing platform.
